  1. Buy a Turkey
  2. Remove the neck and gizzards from the Turkey and set aside for use for another dish.
  3. Clean the turkey with cold water.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and carefully separate the skin from the turkey. You don't want to remove the skin from it, just loosen it up.
  5. Take the melted butter and rub generously all over the meat of the turkey UNDER the skin. Take the remaining butter and rub in the cavity.
  6. Mix the ingredients for the marinade well.
  7. Coat the entire turkeys skin with the marinade. Place in the fridge for at least a half hour to marinate.
  8. Remove Turkey from fridge and preheat oven to 325°F
  9. Stuff the turkey cavity with sliced lemons and garlic cloves
  10. Pour the 2.5 cups of water into the roasting pan and place in oven.
  11. You will bake this in the oven for approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes. This depends on size. Even if the thermometer pops out make sure you check the internal temperature.
  12. Every 30 minutes baste the turkey well with the liquid in the pan.
  13. Once fully cooked remove from the oven.
  14. Serve and enjoy!
